UNDER WHAT CONDITION YOU SHOULD CLAIM “RETURN ORDER”
Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse will not be refunded/ cancelled unless it has non-repairable manufacturing damages.
All our products are tested and maintained highest level of quality. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. In case any of our product delivered to you found defective or dead on arrival, you need to notify us immediately by sending mail email@example.com along with the order details. Or you can call us 91-80-4150 5588 to report your equipment status. Within 2 days of complaint our engineer will visit the site and update the status of the product either as REPAIRABLE or DEAD. In case of repairable our team will repair the product and replace the damaged part with the new one. If the product is DEAD we will provide you with the new machine with similar or equivalent configuration with no additional charges. NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED FOR ANY OF SUCH TRANSACTIONS.
WHEN YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED
We will initiate the refund process in case we are not able to replace or repair your product under any circumstances. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days either by Cheque or direct transfer based on your mode of transaction. In case of Cheque payment it will be delivered to your billing address. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
